Connect to your natural wisdom, your Ubuntu (humanity), and learn an ancient ancestral healing practice in this livestream workshop with John Lockley.
In this workshop, John invites you into a healing ceremony, which includes both stillness and discussion on ancestors and dreams. We will practice a heart-beat meditation, where you will be guided to connect with your pulse, your life force. This will help to facilitate deeper relaxation, dream recall and ancestral connection.
We will learn an ancestral healing practice for our Ubuntu. Ubuntu is seen as a circle, with each person being the centre of their circle. To connect to this circle, we are called to listen deeply and awaken our bones and blood. The practice starts with our hearts, our inner pulse, and continues into our dreams.
John will facilitate this ceremony in a traditional South African shamanic way, using drumming, singing and storytelling to activate our heart and awaken our spirit.
Our ceremony will be guided by the Leopard, revered in Southern Africa as a totem of intuitive intelligence. The Leopard has the ability to move between worlds: the world of spirit and nature. It is a noble creature with a silent promise of what is possible if we learn to listen with the entirety of our being.
Tune in and follow the way of the Leopard into a profound experience of ancestral healing.
